Duties
You will assist in the preparation of internal office reports and surveys.
You will review and evaluate reports and other data received from local program participants.
You will monitor the assignments of tenants to available bachelor quarters and schedules pre-occupancy, pre-termination and termination inspections.
You will conduct joint tenant-management inspections of quarters to evaluate the cleanliness, maintenance and habitability of the unit, furnishing, equipment and facilities.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- The incumbent may be required to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-5) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector receiving a variety of assignments related to bachelor housing occupancy to include maintenance and termination activities; monitors the assignment of tenants to bachelor quarters; AND/OR assists in the preparation of reports, surveys and records.

Education
Applicants may also qualify based on education OR a combination of education and experience, in lieu of the one year of specialized experience listed above, through ONE of the following:
One full year of graduate level education
OR
Successfully completed a Bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement
OR
Have a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
