Duties
You will develop, implement, manage, and advise on all family housing policy.
You will review and analyze the housing program policy or regulatory issues for applicability and develop management directives and standards containing interpretations and guidance for application by housing personnel.
You will implement and execute budget requests, developing options for allocation of assigned budget, and monitor expenditures throughout the fiscal year and identify current or potential allocation problems and recommending solutions.
You will provide recommendations to the Housing Director for approval or modification of proposals and justification for personnel, materials, or other resources and submission of completed funding request to appropriate officials.
You will develops and enforce approved policies, plans, and procedures with appropriate government housing staff.
You will provide a variety of administrative support services in the areas of customer service, policy implementation, and adherence to regulations that pertain to housing.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing, planning, administering, and monitoring a family housing program to include policy and procedure, facilities maintenance and repair, budgetary requirements, and resolution of issues or problems related to the family housing program.
