A successful candidate in this position will serve as a Program Analyst serving as a resident program analyst for organizations with program, budget, cost, funding, and contractual activities; and is responsible for providing wide-ranging multiprogram management support and senior level program analysis expertise within the NA-10's program of record.
Duties
As a Program Analyst you will:
Provide authoritative guidance on interpretation of requirements and policies,establishment of priorities and schedules, negotiation of data exchanges and standardization, evaluation of alternative approaches or significant modifications, and initiation of new or corrective actions across organizational lines as a recognized expert.
Provide programmatic direction in the management and coordination of day-to-day matters pertaining to planning, integrating, and executing policies, programs, and procedures for carrying out the organization's mission.
Monitor contractor performance throughout the fiscal year for specific program/project deliverables for a large scale
program.
Responsible for timely communication of program information, including weekly activity reports, program reviews, weekly staff meetings, and milestone activities; and reports on progress, milestones, decisions, and issues, and coordinates correspondence to
ensure other programs are not negatively impacted.
Serves as an authoritative subject matter expert and advisor to the Director and staff to resolve emerging issues and problems. Ensures that the NA-10 strategic plan, mission and vision are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategic goals, objectives, work plans and work products.
Articulate and communicate to the team the assignment, project, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion.
Qualifications
A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA pay band level or GS grade level in the Federal Service, i.e..EN/NN-03 or GS-13.
