You will serve as a DIVISION HEAD TRAINING ACCIDENT PREVENTION RESOURCE in the Training/Accident Prevention/Resource MGMT Division (Code 230), Lifting and Handling Department (Code 200), of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.

Duties
You will plan, oversee, coordinate, and supervise the work and responsibility to manage, administer and direct the Lifting and Handling Department training, accident prevention program and administrative functions.
You will identify the methods and means of accomplishing work and in directing or coordinating the implementation of process and performance improvements.
You will ensure subordinate supervisors carry out policies in labor and employee relations.
You will manage and organize work performed by others in accomplishing highly diverse and complex trade operations.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
For GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Experience managing continuous process improvement and performance improvements for the division.
Experience writing skills to be able to provide authoritative responses to audits, surveillances, incidents and deficiency reports
Experience developing short and long range plans for manning, facilities, material and equipment to support scheduled and unscheduled urgent work.
Experience overseeing training programs, conducting audits and surveillances and completing detailed reviews and rewrites of current procedures and policies.
