You will serve as a DIVISION HEAD TRAINING ACCIDENT PREVENTION RESOURCE in the Training/Accident Prevention/Resource MGMT Division (Code 230), Lifting and Handling Department (Code 200), of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.

Qualifications

For GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Experience managing continuous process improvement and performance improvements for the division. Experience writing skills to be able to provide authoritative responses to audits, surveillances, incidents and deficiency reports Experience developing short and long range plans for manning, facilities, material and equipment to support scheduled and unscheduled urgent work. Experience overseeing training programs, conducting audits and surveillances and completing detailed reviews and rewrites of current procedures and policies.
