You will serve as a Lead Program Analyst in the Public Works Division of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR.

Duties
You will study the operation of the organization and make recommendations for review of existing methods and procedures.
You will develop life cycle cost analyses of projects.
You will respond to detailed data calls and respond to the Division Head.
You will analyze management information requirement specifications.
You will identify and develop data required for use in the management and direction of programs.
Requirements

- You will be required to possess and maintain a current valid United States drivers license.
- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.

- Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs.

Qualifications
GS-11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Updating and monitoring a facilities maintenance (e.g. MAXIMO) database to be used in making organizational decisions to track work orders and requests; Analyzing information systems to review program and budgetary data and recommending process improvements; AND providing budget recommendations and expertise to management for use in long and short range planning.
GS-09:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting with the updating and monitoring of a facilities maintenance (e.g. MAXIMO) database to be used in making organizational decisions to track work orders and requests; Analyzing information systems to review program and budgetary data and recommending process improvements; AND Providing budget recommendations and expertise to management for use in long and short range planning.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
GS-11:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
or
Have a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. Percentage of the required education plus percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
GS-09:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
or
Have a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. Percentage of the required education plus percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
