Duties
You will serve as the Senior Plans, Analysis and Integration Officer (PAIO) with in the IMCOM-Pacific Region Headquarters.
You will direct and manage top level, high visibility efforts involving strategic business planning, continuous improvement issues and/or program integration.
You will make recommendations for process improvement and analysis of processes for problem areas and solutions.
You will direct and manage the development of guidance and mission requirement to develop, monitor, and implementation of plans, policies, procedures, and guidance for the Region and Garrison to assist with organization improvements.
You will lead the coordination of mission partners’ tactical, operational, and strategic interests and requirements at echeloned decision making forums.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
