Duties

Serve as the Liaison Officer between US Army Pacific (USARPAC) and US Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) for all operational and coordination issues. Responsible for facilitating the two-way communication vital to USARPAC support to USINDOPACOM mission readiness and execution requirements. The focal point for exchange of intelligence and information between USINDOPACOM personnel and the supported organizations staff elements on matters of interest. Represent the Command for gaining mutual cooperation and understanding between USARPAC, USINDOPACOM and other supported and supporting Commands and their staffs.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• This position is designated as Drug Testing Required. Incumbent is subject to random urinalysis testing IAW DA guidelines. Incumbent must complete DA 5019.
