Serves as a management assistant within the Office of the Chief Counsel, Office of Operations & Legal Support (AGC-10).

Duties

Performs a variety of organizational functions/tasks. Assignments may include work in one or more of, but not limited to, the following program areas: budget management; contracts administration; database administration/management; employee development and training; Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) administration; human capital management; information security and technology; legal and litigation support; procurement and acquisitions; records management; space management; time and attendance management; and/or travel management, as assigned by the designated manager within the Office of the Chief Counsel (AGC).

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.

Qualifications

To qualify at the FV-E level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level (FV-D/FG/GS-3-6) in the normal line of progression. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled.Specialized experience is defined as: Experience performing basic administrative support duties in an office environment.You should include relevant examples of this experience in your work history.
