Duties

You will be a key member of a service level operational planning team making recommendations for the integration of emergent technologies in support of national mission objectives in the information environment. You will make recommendations on implementation strategies to include sources, acquisition, strategy, and funding. You will provide information operations related technical expertise in support of services level experimentation, requirements development, and acquisition strategy in support of service requirements. You will conduct all-source research and undertake applicable analysis of specific adversarial threat technologies in order to determine vulnerabilities to service level objectives and recommend counter measures. You will analyze service orders, plans, policies, programs and directives to determine information technology related requirements, in support of the Capability Based Analysis (CBA) process. You will provide analytical support to the identification of technologies’ that mitigate friendly administrative, technical and physical signatures across of the spectrum of service level operations in the information environment.

• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Automated planning processes and combat material with a focus on identifying and planning for the integration of new and emerging technologies.
