About the Position: This position is with the DoDEA Office of the Director of Equal Employment Opportunity Programs in Alexandria, Virginia. All candidates must reside within the local commuting area where the position is located. This is defined as the geographic area surrounding a work site that encompasses the localities where people live and reasonably can be expected to travel back and forth daily to work based on the generally held expectations of the local community. Duties

Provide analytical, evaluative, and consultative services to supervisors. Use analytical skills in order to identify potential improvements to Equal Employment Operation Programs business processes. Assist with the preparation of reports required by the command, Office of Personnel Management, and the Department of Defense. Perform and assist with special projects as assigned by the Operations Branch Chief. Projects may include support of Recruitment and Special Emphasis Program Initiatives. Review and evaluate resolution documents, such as judicial decisions, final agency decisions, and settlement agreements, to track and assist with the execution of the terms therein.
