Duties
Responsible for program management oversight for a variety of business capabilities.
Manage staff to identify risks and issues, resolves customer support problems, and maintain metrics using a variety of enterprise solutions or platforms.
Analyzes customer functional requirements and assisting in the design of Automated Information Systems (AIS) to support those requirements.
Manages the development and execution of agreements with other DoD Agencies and vendors.
Manages the development and sustainment of varying applications across a wide spectrum of business needs.
Oversee system improvements or change requests from a planning, policy, capability, and/or procedural point of view.
Manage staff to identify risks and issues, resolves customer support problems, and maintain metrics using a variety of enterprise solutions or platforms.
Exercise broad program management responsibilities for assigned areas, evaluate staffing, realigns personnel and workload to accommodate mission requirements, and develop plans and goals while setting priorities for subordinate teams.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory Program Manager (IT SOLUTIONS), your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Prepare Performance Work Statements (PWS) supporting IT Service contracts, evaluate proposals supporting requests for quotes, and support necessary surveillance activities of contracts.
Provide leadership, direction and guidance in the coordination and integration of multiple business systems.
Lead and mentor teammates relative to IT Project management supporting Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within the Information Technical Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Framework and best practices.
Understanding and support of requirement gathering, agile methodologies, sustainment and rationalization efforts while executing modernization efforts that align to strategic goals of an organization.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
