This position is located in Office of Administration, Logistics Management Division, Resource & Internal Control Branch.
As a Management and Program Analyst (Parking), you will conduct assessments, special studies, and data analysis for transportation and parking management programs; developing policies and operational procedures using knowledge of federal regulations and planning, programming, and budgeting methods.
Duties
Directing, implementing, coordinating, and overseeing a variety of complex transportation management programs, including the parking benefits program.
Researching, developing, writing, modifying, and evaluating policies for parking program, benefits, financial management, and internal controls.
Evaluating parking program and transportation practices and operations and makes recommendations to promote efficiency.
Organizing data sets and producing analyses to optimize parking management process.
Communicating policies orally and in writing to customers, management, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and appropriate protocols are followed and providing clear and accurate information on parking issues.
Developing and coordinating planning and controls for submission of parking and transportation related data.
Managing procurement development and acquisition through extensive market research.
Performing a variety of analytical studies and projects related to parking management improvement, management controls, and long-range planning.
Qualifications
The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 08/23/2024.
Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 08/23/2024.
GS-13: You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties:
Administering the development of plans, policies, procedures, and methodologies for programs.
Developing and conducting studies, analyzing, and recommending improvements to programs.
Conducting market research on applicable programs.
Resolving broad and/or complex problems and issues associated with the planning, coordination, and implementation of agency programs and activities.
Advising management on recommended solutions to various problems.
