Duties

Organize analysis results of Manpower Study Plans into a standard format for approval. Develop fully coordinated recommendations and anticipated impacts of Studies for senior leader review and decision. Conduct manpower studies to support development of the organizations requirements models. Assess the organizational structure of work centers in the command to support analysis of proposed manpower and changes, realignments, activations/in-activations or moves of units. Provide guidance on specific problems identified by the study team members to recommend resolution and/or implements solutions directly. Provide Force Management support to the organization by conducting special management analysis projects. Develop Manpower Study Plans to conduct analysis of workload data collected. Lead complex force management projects that are non-routine in order to integrate staff team coordination. Develop plans and/or procedures to effectively aid in the allocations and management of command resources.

Requirements

  • Temporary Duty (TDY) business travel is approximately 15% of the time
