About the Position: Serve as the Division Chief, Civilian Personnel Division with full responsibility for executing daily operations of the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command (USACIDC) Human Resources (HR) and Human Capital Management Programs for civilians. Plans, develops, directs, and administers a comprehensive HR program for the USACIDC.
Duties
Provides direct support (e.g., organizational policy) for several agency programs, including the Telework Program, Remote Work Program, and Humanitarian/Hardship Program.
Supports policy administration agency-wide, to include planning and staffing administrative and operational (law enforcement) policy by interfacing and communicating with stakeholders, end-users, and decision-makers.

Reports to and assists the Policy Division Chief with policy development prioritization, leadership tasks such as the evaluation and mentoring of subordinate employees.
Keeps leadership apprised of ongoing policy development efforts, metrics, and challenges.

- This position requires access to classified information. Incumbent of the position will be required to complete a Standard Form (SF) 312, Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13). Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements and minimum qualification requirements prescribed by OPM within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.
Education
