You will serve as a Director, Commander's Action Group of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.90% will be added to the stated salary.
Duties
You will provide strategic and operational concepts and plans to the Commander that directly impact combat operations and influence national policy decisions comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs.
You will plan work for accomplishment by subordinate units, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules based on consideration of difficulty of requirements and assignments.
You will review and structure organization to optimize use of resources and maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
You will establish, revise, or review policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organization design for the staff to eliminate work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment, promote team building, and implement quality improvements.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include all of the following: 1) Provide strategic and operational concepts and plans that directly impact combat operations and influence national policy decisions comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs; 2) Establish, revise or review policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organization design for the staff to eliminate work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment, promote team building, implement quality improvements; 3) Plan work for accomplishment by subordinate units, set and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepare schedules based on consideration of difficulty of requirements; and 4) Review and structure organization to optimize use of resources and maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
