This position is located in the Office of Chief Human Capital Office (OCHCO), Human Resources Operations and Policy (HROP), Benefits & Worklife Programs Branch (BWPB). The supervisor is Karen Cobbs   This  position is  Non Bargaining Unit This position IS not subject to Confidential Financial Disclosure reporting requirements. This position IS not subject to security ownership restriction reporting requirements

As a Human Resources Specialist (Awards & Recognition), GG-0201-13, you will be responsible for:

Qualifications

In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.   In addition to the basic requirements, to qualify for this position you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is defined as: Experience applying advanced federal human resources laws, principles, concepts, and regulations to effectively plan, implement, and execute awards and recognition programs. Experience applying attention to detail, and program and project management skills to carry out task to completion. Experience in written and oral communication techniques sufficient to provide advisory and consultative services to customers and stakeholders, and developing and issuing written correspondence and guidance, as well as facilitating briefings and/or presentations.
