You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) and reports to the Branch Head of the N7 Individual Training/Ready Relevant Learning Requirements and Assessment Branch of CDR NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND.
Duties
You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Job, Duty, Task Analyses (JDTA), and assess the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) for work being performed by NECC ratings.
You will conduct workshops and performs all other requirements per applicable Ready Relevant Learning guidance to ensure requirements collection and establishment meet standards provided by the RRL executive agent.
You will serve as an NECC expert on RRL requirements and assessments and training
methodologies for Active and Reserve programs.
You will develop and deliver Flag-level program briefs.
You will coordinate with Advanced Skills Management (ASM) program manager and Personnel Qualification Standards (PQS) manager to align and implement RRL requirements into subordinate command FRTPs.
You will continuously evaluate the training effectiveness of course curriculum for all NECC primary ratings to include initial assessment of training impacts on Sailor performance.
You will continuously evaluate methods for the collection of assessment metrics.
You will develop assessment collection tools using a variety of software programs and
curriculum documents
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience with Naval Security Forces. Experience may be at the TYCOM, Region, Installation, or Command level.
Experience and knowledge of Navy manpower and manning programs, policies, and procedures.
Experience with NETC curriculum development, content reengineering, and content maintenance principles, policies, and procedures.
Experience evaluating training requirements, training tasks, and training courses.
