You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (Staff Director) in the EOD GROUP TWO, EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT (N00) of EXPLSV ORD DISP GROUP TWO.
Duties
You will supervise civilian, military and contractor personnel in providing oversight to the administrative, analytical, and evaluative oversight to EODGRU TWO's program operations.
You will be the primary advisor for readiness, administrative, communications and logistical/fiduciary programs and requirements, reports directly to Commander, EODGRU TWO.
You will manage the staff department heads of the administrative department, financial department, material department, requirements department and communications department.
You will serve as support to the Chairman of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Force Technology and Table of Allowance Integrated Product Team to administer a holistic Family of Systems approach for the EODGRU TWO warfighters.
You will be designated as the Senior Civilian for EODGRU TWO in order to manage the civilian workforce administrative matters.
You will evaluate and advise the Commander on EODGRU TWO?s organizational methods and procedures ensuring to the greatest extent the success of the command in preparation for inspections and daily mission activities.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience managing staff department heads of the administrative, financial department, material department, requirements department and communications department.
Experience in EOD/Mobile Diving and Salvage Units' force readiness and assist senior leadership in identifying and correcting key factors affecting readiness for forces assigned.
Experience and in-depth knowledge of Navy EOD and Mobile Diving and Salvage operations and mission execution.
Experience developing new or modified administrative program policies, regulations, goals, or objectives by identifying data required for use in the management and direction of programs.
Experience directing, managing and evaluating command readiness and logistical development initiatives that have immediate and long-term effect on EOD and Mobile Diving and Salvage Units.
Experience and expert knowledge in Expert knowledge of advanced concepts, principles, and techniques associated with requirements, readiness programs, communications, logistics and technology.
