About the Position: This position is with the 63rd Readiness Division Headquarters, Family Program Office, Human Resources Office located at Moffett Field, California.

Duties

Examine program activity to ensure efficacy of leadership, services provided, and operating standards. Collaborate with other Family Programs leadership to develop consistent management policy. Analyze program performance, customer relations, and personnel utilization to ensure efficiency. Pioneer soldier and family programs designed to support the military community. Develop program objectives, goals and priorities based on social support needs. Incorporate policy, guidance, and regulations from applicable organizations as they pertain to Family Programs. Establish mission and organization goals for all activity coordinators. Create employee and performance standards to maintain consistency within the organization.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the Federal service, GS-12. Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and ManagementLeadershipPlanning and Evaluating Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
