You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Resources Management Branch (PDC11), Planning, Design and Construction (PDC) Directorate of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.
Duties
You will develop WIP workload projections through analysis of best available project information from Headquarters DC.
You will calculate and project resources for DC's product and service lines and fund sources.
You will provide resource projections for the Resource Allocation Plan (RAP) data calls and drills.
You will coordinate RAP requirements with Echelon II, III, and IV counterparts and other Business and Support Lines.
You will provide recommendations on issues such as budgeting strategies and techniques.
You will receive, process, and track acceptance of funds provided.
You will track and evaluate the budget throughout the operating year via integrated reporting systems against the Command Strategic Plan goals and Operating Target (OPTAR).
You will collect, assemble, analyze, and review project schedules to identify trends, priorities, slippages, deficiencies, or other situations.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Providing support in developing the Resource Allocation Plan (RAP) for an organization;
2) Calculating and projecting resource requirements for products and services;
3) Developing data and charts used in formal briefings and presentations of the budget for management;
4) Collecting data and analyzing project schedules to identify trends, priorities, slippages, and deficiencies;
5) Monitoring spending and workload execution for an organization.
