DCSA's CI/Insider Threat Directorate is seeking a Deputy Chief of Staff, in this role the incumbent is responsible financial analysis, contracting support, tracking key operational and policy issues, coordinating/tracks taskers, and setting strategic priorities for the Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Directorate; providing support/guidance to the Front Office, Office of Counterintelligence, Cyber Mission Center, Operations Analysis Group, and DoD Insider Threat Management Analysis Center.
Duties
As a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST you will be responsible for the following duties:
Serve as a Deputy Chief of Staff, Counterintelligence & Insider Threat Directorate, Counterintelligence Front Office responsible for resource requirements and/or budget for the directorate, programmatic support, tracks key operational and policy issues, and coordinates and tracks taskers and strategic priorities for the Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Directorate, which encompasses, but not limited to, providing support to the Front Office, Office of Counterintelligence (OCI), Cyber Mission Center (CMC), Operations Analysis Group (OAG), and DoD Insider Threat Management Analysis Center (DITMAC).

Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG-14 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility.
Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience.
Specialized experience for this position includes: Applying analytical tools to evaluate program relationships and cost effectiveness. In-depth knowledge of the relationships between the program budgeted, and the agency program objectives and policies, to assess the appropriateness of short and long term financial goals. In-depth knowledge of the DoD. Acquisition process, to include requirement development. Leading groups, negotiating compromises on opposing positions, and persuading management to accept proposal and recommendations.
