As a Program Manager, you will serve as the Deputy Assistant Manager for Business & Financial Operations (AMB), supporting the Assistant Manager in the management and oversight of Hanford Operations, including Richland Operations Office, Office of River Protection, & contractors; support the annual spending budget of over 2.5B & an environmental liability estimate of over $200B, with responsibilities to include accounting, budget, workforce management, & contractor human resources.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-14 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting 3 out of 5 of the following:
Extensive knowledge and experience of budget formulation and execution for a major Federal Facility
Experience with financial accounting, financial statement preparation including environmental liability for a major operating program
(Providing) Experience with workforce management for a major operating program to include performance, staffing analysis, employee concerns, recruitment, and training
Responsible for leadership and supervision…..
Knowledge and experience with contract industrial relations and labor relations
