For the Redstone Arsenal, AL Location: $127,073 to $191,900 (includes 21.48% locality)
For the Schriever AFB, CO Location: $125,242 to $191,508 (includes 19.73% locality)

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Acq Demo Business and Technical Management to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
This position is part of the Department of Defense (DoD), Missile Defense Agency (MDA)
As a IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC/ENTARCH) at the NH-2210-4 broadband level some of your typical work assignments may include:
Serve as the Cloud subject matter expert for the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud platforms and technologies across the enterprise to meet agency mission requirements.
Plan, initiate, and integrate new platforms, technologies, and services into the enterprise
Recommend modifications and enhancements to existing IT systems, processes, and methodologies to promote cloud adoption and improve cloud delivery.
Oversee the technical analyses of systems to help determine contractual requirements, work and information flows, and if new IT advancements are feasible to include cost analyses for implementation and innovative approaches to achieve goals and minimize expenditures.
Establish policies, processes, and procedures governing implementation, engineering, and transition for cloud initiatives.

- This is an acquisition position coded Practitioner in Engineering and Technical Management. Incumbent must obtain mandatory Back-to-Basics (BtB) certification within 60 months of entry into position.
- This is an Information Assurance/Cybersecurity position coded Level III in the Management Category (IAM). Must have at the time of permanent appointment or achieve within 6 months of Entry on Duty (EOD) appropriate baseline certification.
Qualifications
You may qualify at the NH-04 broadband level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03/GS-13 grade level in the Federal service as listed below:
Experience with understanding IT principles, concepts, and methods to analyze, plan, initiate, and integrate enterprise-wide systems, applications, and networks. OR
Experience with dealing on networks, cloud computing environments, cloud service providers, distributed computing environments, DevSecOps environments, distributed computing environments, encryption devices, automated productivity systems, and operating systems used throughout a geographically dispersed enterprise. OR
Understand a wide range of analytical and evaluative techniques to assess and improve complex agency wide IT systems. Plan, develop, and coordinate Agency-level Information Systems, programs and strategies. OR
Manage contractor supported technical efforts and to define budgetary requirements and contractor limitations and tasking resulting in desired products meeting programs goals and objectives.
