About the Position: Serves as a Senior Management and Program Analyst for the AMCOM Logistics Center, Business Management Office, Human Capital Branch.

Duties

Serve as Staff advisor and consultant on a diverse, complex spectrum of Human Resources (HR) management functions. Serve as a staff advisor in the recruitment and HR selection process. Responsible for planning, developing, and conducting management studies, performing review and analysis of human capital programs, and accomplishing the goals and objectives of assigned programs. Provide administrative support to subordinates and supervisors in the accomplishment of their personnel management role.
