You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND.
Duties
You will operate software systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Project, SharePoint) to prepare reports.
You will advise managers on a course of action to accomplish program goals.
You will influence managers to implement recommendations for program effectiveness.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: r 1. Verifies all TD orders for board attendees are following Joint Travel Regulations. 2. Leads teams in the accomplishment of work assignments and projects that affect the scheduling, supporting, and reporting of promotion and selection boards. 3. Establishes and assures equity of performance standards and sets objectives for assigned employees. 4. Releases official board related correspondence for Commander, Navy Personnel Command. 5. Provides administrative and technical support for the respective board candidate data management
