You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst in the Task Force Community of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.
Duties
You will maintain oversight of all custodians holding Navy Working Capital Fund-Supply Management (NWFC-SM) Inventory and other Budget Submission Offices in order to ensure compliance with DoD policies.
You will provide analysis and oversight of NAVSUP supply functions as it relates to the lines of efforts established for NWCF - SM Inventory operations.
You will provide analytical support for current business processes and procedures and designs to aide in the improvement of supply chain effectiveness.
You will recommend changes that will detail system enhancements, metrics development and reporting, and corrective actions designed to resolve enterprise wide deficiencies.
You will maintain and develop process maps, business rules and implementation guidance, as required, for a full understanding of the assigned supply chain processes related to the management of NWCF-SM Inventory.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must have one year of Supply Systems Analyst specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the following: 1) Utilizing a knowledge of Navy ERP Single Supply Solution and Business Logistics Applications (or similar programs) and the processes managed by these systems in support of supply chain business functional areas e.g. planning and forecasting, allowance development, financials, repairable management, procurement, order fulfillment, production support, inventory management and reporting, and audit reporting procedures) within the supply system to recommend and/or provide process changes as required; 2) Utilizing analytic methodologies and products that apply data mining, statistical and other analytic techniques such as Statistical Analysis System (SAS) or other related products to provide analytical support for current business processes, procedures, and designs to aide in the improvement of supply chain effectiveness; 3) Serving on and/or leading cross functional teams providing analysis and technical advice in the implementation of the recommended supply chain business process and policy updates related to the management of Navy Working Capital Fund - Supply Management (NWCP-SM) Inventory as well as supporting the development of potential IT System requirements;4) Providing Logistics and supply system assistance support with procedural, technical, and planning aspects of applicable automated systems and practices pertaining to new and/or improved business processes; 5) Effectively using all forms of verbal and written communication to clearly convey complex or abstract proposals and recommendations.
