This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for AcqDemo Business and Technical Management Career Path (NH) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Position is at the C5ISR-M campus in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This position is eligible for regular, and recurring telework, IAW CECOM's Telework policy. This position is the Team Lead for the Command Analysis Team.

Duties

Team Lead for the Command Analysis Team, responsible for ensuring the Command and G8 strategic goals, mission, and vision are communicated to the team and that work products are in accordance with applicable policies and regulations. Plans, directs, reviews, and manages the Commands reimbursable program planning and analysis. Assigns team workload priorities in order to meet timelines and priorities and evaluates effectiveness of work products in meeting stated objectives. Represents the CECOM G8 at meetings with representatives of DA, AMC, other commands, and agencies pertaining to assigned program. Prepares and presents special studies and briefings, as appropriate. Provides interpretation, advice and recommendation in which affect the management control and consistency of program planning, evaluation and financial management. Maintains continuous surveillance of program planning and financial management trends and apprises G8 senior leadership.

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Maintain and obtain T-3 Secret Clearance.
• TDY 25%
• THIS IS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 2 Certified position designated as such in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Public Law 112-81,Subtitle F-Financial Management.
