About the Position: You will serve as a Senior Budget Analyst in the Budget Execution Team, providing technical and administrative leadership for a team of budget analysts who are responsible for managing the Operations and Maintenance Appropriation (OMA) funding for the U.S. Army Military District of Washington.

Duties

Responsible for monitoring the execution of annual budget and funding for assigned Commands. Participate in the development of the organization’s annual spend plans; to include annual funding program, quarterly fund allotments, targets, and limitations. Coordinate quarterly Working and Command Program Budget Advisory Committee (PBAC's). Develop and continuously update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for assigned programs. Develop a variety of complex real time budget information reports for managers to review and recommends several courses of actions.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• You may be expected to travel up to 10% for this position.
• One year trial/probationary period may be required.
