About the Position: Serves as an HR expert and senior HR advisor of Operations Division (OPSD), Civilian Senior Leader Management Office (CSLMO),Deputy Under Secretary of the Army Responsible for advising senior management officials; servicing civilian personnel office representatives; and staff members on all matters dealing with personnel classification, staffing, performance management of serviced population.

Duties

Provides technical advice and guidance on all aspects of executive and senior professional HR recruitment and placement to the HQDA Staffs and MACOMs. Uses comprehensive knowledge of executive and senior professional program to provide advice regarding effective use of current and projected allocations throughout the Secretariat, Army Staff and FOA's, CONUS and OCONUS commands. Reviews the recruitment process and submissions to assure all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including executive qualification requirements, crediting plans, outreach efforts, position evaluation statements, and rating panel operations. As team leader, ensures that the organizations strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, and work products and services.

Providing technical advice on all aspects of executive and senior professional HR recruitment and placement. 3. Reviewing recruitment processes to assure all legal and regulatory requirements are met. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
