You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the PLANS AND PROGRAMS DIVISION (SP10) of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS.
This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-4 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15.
Duties
You will lead and provide professional strategy, planning, implementation, and sustainment support for SAP and Navy ERP business intelligence, reporting, data quality management and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) efforts.
You will direct activities specific to business intelligence, reporting, and data quality management necessary to provide the optimal solutions to SPEBO and the SSP business.
You will promote a customer-focused support environment, inform, consult, and interact with SPEBO teams, business process owners and SMEs on issues concerning business intelligence, reporting, data quality management, and RPA policy.
You will coordinate efforts and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the identification and resolution of global and local SSP business customer requirements as they relate to Navy ERP and other DoD approved solutions (such as Advana Jupiter).
You will direct and support various analytical requirements including trend analysis for questions or problems and consult, inform, and support other SPEBO teams of the monitoring of data processing.
You will manage and deliver timely updates to the SPEBO sustainment schedule which is used as the primary branch management tool to communicate SPEBO key activities and the time frames in which the activities need to be performed.
You will provide clear direction, manages the scope of work, helps bolster team morale and productivity, sets specific goals and milestones, and inspires the team to achieve positive results.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing and developing workforce solutions for business processes using automation efforts or leading data quality reporting and interface management to analyze program trends in Navy applications (e.g. Navy ERP) for the enhancement of business operations.
