About the Position: Position perform clerical or technical work supporting one or more military personnel programs, operations, or functions, specifically the assignment and professional development of officers. It is located at Human Resources Command (HRC), Talent Alignment and Development Directorate (TADD), at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
Duties
Establish required forms, records, and files pertaining to assigned work.
Obtain additional information to complete and correct discrepancies in service records.
Respond to written inquiries.
Make additions, revisions, or deletions to records or files.
Respond to telephonic inquiries.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Position requires the incumbent to be able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Appointment to this position is subject to a one-year probationary period unless the requirement has already been met.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes Reserve Component computer systems such as Reserve Data Management System (RDMS), Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS), Integrated Workstation (IWS), Automated Orders and Resource System (AORS), and Integrated Personnel and Pay System (IPPS-A). This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the Federal service (GS-06).
