You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst in the Material Readiness (63) division of the Naval Sea Logistics Center of NAVSEALOGCENKYPTDIVNUWC MECH PA in either Mechanicsburg, PA, or Philadelphia, PA.

Duties

You will provide expert guidance on inventory management, logistics planning, and supply chain operations to enhance operational effectiveness. You will develop and implement strategies to streamline Operating Materials and Supplies workflows and improve resource utilization across program portfolios. You will support program offices in preparing for Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness audits by ensuring accurate and timely documentation of financial transactions and asset management You will assist in developing corrective action plans and monitoring their implementation to achieve audit readiness and sustain compliance.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the Gs-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating warehouse operations and ensuring staff are prepared for potential audits, as well as managing a budget for an assigned program area.
