Duties

Incumbent is required to brief Command DHs, Directors, Executive Steering Committee (ESC), Executive Officer, and Commanding Officer. Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the Commands financial and workload data from multiple workload computer systems used to determine Command resources from higher authority. Analyze, verify accuracy, and initiate corrective action for workload and costing data within higher authority-maintained systems. Have a thorough understanding of Enrollment-Based Capitation (EBC) and factors affecting price adjustments such as workload trends, fixed and variable costs, and interrelationship of data. Report the results of operations to responsible levels of the MTF and higher authority. Responsible for overall operations of the department and for the full range of technical and administrative supervision for department employees (Management and Health Systems Analysts). Develop guidance and criteria for the collection and coordination of financial and statistical data and provides statistical presentations to Command management at all organizational levels.

  • This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG). A one year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.
  • This position has a mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination requirement and is subject to annual vaccination.
