You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the COMPTROLLER DEPARTMENT of CNIC FINANCIAL SERVICE CENTER.
Duties
You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration
You will present and defend budget estimates before authorities.
You will develop, determine, and interpret of budgetary policies and practices.
You will provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization’s programs and activities.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing financial information using spreadsheets and various databases to formulate budget estimates, evaluate budget requests, report expenditures, perform research, and reconciliations for multiple programs, installations, functions, and special projects; 2) Utilizing electronic financial systems to manage accounting, budget, and other related financial management works; 3) Resolving a range of complex financial problems through the development of alternative solutions; 4) Reconcile financial reports to ensure all commitment, obligation, expenditure, and liquidation documents are accurately reflected in the database; and 5) Develops timely and accurate managerial accounting reports, budget execution reports, and financial management reports.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
