About the Position: This position is located at Joint Base Lewi-McChord, Madigan Army Medical Center, Troop Command.

Duties

Provide advisory/consultant services to managers and employees regarding on-boarding of new employees. Supervise HR assistant staff responsible for on-boarding of new employees, recruitment of lower graded positions and coding of actions. Conduct quality control reviews of personnel actions. Facilitate training in areas associated with special programs, direct hire authorities, and on-boarding procedures.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
