About the Position: This position is located at Joint Base Lewi-McChord, Madigan Army Medical Center, Troop Command.
Duties
Provide advisory/consultant services to managers and employees regarding on-boarding of new employees.
Supervise HR assistant staff responsible for on-boarding of new employees, recruitment of lower graded positions and coding of actions.
Conduct quality control reviews of personnel actions.
Facilitate training in areas associated with special programs, direct hire authorities, and on-boarding procedures.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes resolving personnel issues and concerns while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies; developing integrated solutions to solve difficult problems within the HR realm; and using computer and software applications to support office functions such as completing Requests for Personnel Actions. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
