Incumbent represents the organization as a technical expert in support to other organizations of the ATO, other organizations of the FAA, other government organizations, contractors, and other external entities.
Duties
Incumbent provides second level engineering, maintenance, and support of Enterprise infrastructure and network. Designs, develops, and conducts complex independent and interdependent technical analysis to identify and resolve problems that impact system performance, maintainability, reliability, usability, or service continuity. Identifies system requirements and demands for modified objectives, procedures, techniques, and equipment and evaluate timeliness of needed modifications. Identifies the need for and adequacy of technical documentation required to maintain the infrastructure. Provides guidance to second-level engineering support teams.

- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Experience includes:Specialized experience is: Experience with design, implementation and management of a broad range of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) hardware and infrastructure solutions and tools to identify and resolve problems that impact system performance of the National Airspace System (NAS).
