You will serve as a WORK LIFE PROGRAM COORDINATOR in the HUMAN CAPITAL OFFICE DIRECTORATE of NAVAL SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY.
Duties
You will provide guidance concerning wellness, telework, drug testing, suitability, and other similar work-life initiatives.
You will interpret regulations and provide recommendations on cases that may be controversial.
You will monitor the execution of programs for legal and regulatory compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency.
You will participate in policy meetings and conferences to ensure policy decisions are consistent with strategic initiatives.
You will collaborate with other agencies to identify areas for improvement, share best practices, and recommend policy changes as needed.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Formulating HR analytic strategies and developing policies to improve work-life programs within the organization; 2) Collecting, aggregating, analyzing, and reporting on a wide variety of human capital data from a range of human resources information systems; and 3) Developing human capital reports which contain graphics covering broad mission-oriented projects, programs, and initiatives to present to senior leadership.
