About the Position: Serves as a Management Analyst providing Talent Management support for the Center. Assists in disseminating guidance, interpreting policies and regulations, and identifying workforce trends to determine strategies
Duties
Assists with performing Talent Management studies
Provides input on new or proposed Talent Management initiatives, policies, and procedures
Assists in executing approved programs and plans
Utilizes automated training and workforce development programs
Requirements

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-01/GS-04 level or pay band in the Federal service which includes 1) Assist in developing internal process guides; and 2) Utilize automated training and/or workforce development programs ;
OR
Successfully completed a full four-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.); OR
The general experience as described in A, but less than three years; and some education as described in B, but less than the required four years. Computed the percentage of the requirements that you meet, and the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide total months of qualifying experience by 36. Then, divide semester hours of education by 120. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify.). (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.);
OR
