Duties

Packages events, develops solicitation packets and proposals. Maintains a database of active accounts and revenue forecasts, billing and tracking of current outstanding invoices and payment processing. Sells media assets to clients by providing value through digital signage, web, and traditional media channels. Provides client-need based account management to maximize client/agency results and revenue growth. Tracks community wide annual events for which to seek commercial sponsorship. Attends events, serves as point of contact for sponsors, coordinates sponsor placement and ensures client satisfaction. Compiles and provides After Action Reports. Writes and presents General Officer level briefings to command and management. Performs other duties as assigned such as social media/web content management, event photography and placement of outdoor signage.

Requirements

• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.

Ability to communicate both orally and in writing. Ability to establish a professional rapport with activity managers and sponsor representative of varying management levels.
