The incumbent will serve as a Program Analyst and is responsible for providing wide-ranging multi-program management support and program analysis expertise within the Office of Stockpile Management's (NA-12) program of record.

Duties

As a Program Analyst you will: Contribute analysis and program management to the development, analysis and evaluation of comprehensive, long range, multi-year program plans, strategic objectives, operations, and related financial resource requirements for major modernization secondary stage production modernization program activities impacting sites across the Nuclear Security Enterprise. Demonstrate problem solving techniques based on analysis of the projects and issues related to assignments, and exercise appropriate courses of action. Identify and analyze important factors and conditions in order to recognize and apply an understanding of interrelationships among different projects. Provide management support, analysis, and recommendations to facilitate achievement of performance measures. Advise and guide the Office Director about the development of new and revised performance measurement systems and related directives to meet changes in legislation, Congressional reporting requirements, Executive Orders, OMB guidance, and other regulations and policies, and to enhance performance evaluation. Determine resource levels required to accomplish program requirements for assigned program elements and identifies the need for the establishment or clarification of strategic objectives and milestones, and supporting rationale for program performance measures and awards.

Planning, organizing leading or personally performing analytical studies 4. Partnering with stakeholder organizations 5.
