This position is located at Departmental Offices,Management CFO - Econ Policy. As a GRANTS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (SIPPRA PROGRAM DIRECTOR), you will oversee the implementation of the Social Impact Partnerships to Pay for Results Act (SIPPRA) program.

Duties

As a GRANTS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (SIPPRA PROGRAM DIRECTOR), you will: Coordinate determination of SIPPRA policies, legal guidelines, and operational requirements that define, shape and support the SIPPRA program. Ensure that proper practices, internal controls, and agreements are in place to manage money movement activities and oversight reporting. Provide SIPPRA program oversight, including compliance with all provisions of the Act. Oversee compliance with pre- and post-award Act requirements that may be performed by the Treasury, partner agencies, oversight groups, the Interagency Counsel and/or the SIPPRA Commission.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized experience for the GS-15: For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes ALL of the following: Providing leadership in project management and program oversite related to Pay for Success Program grants and Feasibility Study grants. AND Assisting with Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) or Request for Proposal (RFP) development and guidance; AND Providing oversight on grant award execution and administration, compliance, program management, stakeholder coordination and agreements, and managing a program budget. AND Management of an Advisory Group. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
