You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Nuclear Weapons Surety Division of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS.
Duties
You will plan, develop and implement a comprehensive product support strategy for entire life cycle of the Transit Protection System.
You will develop, document, and manage product support strategy in a Life Cycle Support Plan.
You will work with senior management to support the Integrated Nuclear Weapons Security System (INWSS) TPS Program Manager.
You will make decisions amid uncertainties about emerging technologies, techniques and evaluation criteria.
You will act as a program fiscal, technical, and program/project expert and provide direction, advice, and/or support as appropriate to the
respective SSP INWSS staff and associated internal/external working groups and committees.
You will identify potential vulnerabilities in the design, deployment, and operation of Nuclear Weapons Surety (NWS) systems and operations.
You will complete all assigned contract milestones (such as review, Cost Analysis, plan input/update, Fact Finding, Technical Evaluation, etc.) to meet required contract execution.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (GS-13 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating weapon systems to identify risks/vulnerabilities and make improvement recommendations for a weapon systems program.
