You will serve as a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL) in the UNDERSEA WEAPONS DEPARTMENT of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA.
This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14.
Duties
You will serve as the Technical Project Manager providing oversight, management and planning over a cross-departmental team focused on the maintenance, production and In-Service engineering related to undersea weapons.
You will interface with Customer Agents and Customer Advocates for one or more programs to establish project requirements, deliverables, cost, and schedules to meet customer requirements.
You will create and establish general principles and policies for the agency, including discretion to plan, budget, schedule, direct work, and implement programs.
You will serve as the focal point for customer relationship management for assigned programs and may speak for the organization in making workload commitments.
You will be responsible for developing and monitoring technical metrics for your assigned output area and work with senior line managers to assure the technical health of core capabilities.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency), in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting administrative and technical oversight of projects and program management in the execution of production operations for Undersea Weapons assembly, repair, maintenance or modernization.
