Duties

Contact referral agencies when the problem(s) requires immediate attention within the necessary timeframe and follows up with agencies to ensure clients have received the proper services. Providing an integrated system of service delivery which links clients with available and appropriate resources at the lowest cost and without duplication of effort. Serve as initial point of contact for all Army Community Service programs, Commanders and unit service coordinators in assessing, tailoring and prioritizing ACS services in preparing Families for mission-related absences. Serve as Army Community Service (ACS) Multi-Functional Specialist assisting with assessing, tailoring and prioritizing Army Community Service (ACS) service delivery in support of local military and family needs. Responsible for managing the property accountability taking necessary action to assure proper care, custody and use of property and the maintenance of appropriate property records.

OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as behavioral or social sciences degrees. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
