About the position:
This position will be assigned to the Desert Eagle RV Park on Nellis AFB, NV.
Flexible employees have no guaranteed hours but may work up to 40 hours.
This position does not offer benefits.
Must upload valid Driver's License.
Duties
Receives and confirms site reservations made by letter, telephone, or personal contact. Registers and assigns sites to guests. Checks IDs to ensure only authorized customers use the facility. Accepts payments, enters into the register for the correct department, makes change, and issues receipts. Assists new customers with site. Ensures patrons using facilities abide by established procedures. Prepares and safeguards cash receipts, prepare daily cashier's report to reflect fees collected, disbursement, and status of facility operation. Makes night deposits and turns in required documentation supporting cash, checks, credit cards, and coupons. Maintains daily site occupancy and current checkout list. Takes monthly inventories of resale merchandise and notifies manager of items needing to be ordered. Assists in maintaining a clean and orderly facility. Checks area for cleanliness and polices facility grounds as required. Inspects facility and grounds to ensure safety hazards are removed or reported to be corrected. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
- U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. Territory for three (3) or more consecutive years immediately preceding the start of Federal Affiliation.
- This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
- This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject to random testing for drug use.
- The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess a valid state driver's license.

Qualifying Experience:
Applicant must have experience in general clerical work of any kind in which the applicant has demonstrated the ability to provide excellent communications and customer service skills. Experience must have demonstrated the ability to resolve common arithmetic problems and to make change when receiving payments from customers. Must be able to read, speak, and write English. Must have computer skills to include Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.
