Duties

Maintain a list of tenant point of contacts for all activities. Distribute incoming assignments to appropriate persons and edit outgoing documents for the Organization. Respond to routine inquiries pertaining to the operations of the Organization. Maintain supervisor's calendar and arranges for appointments and meetings. Provide guidance on proper procedures and preparation of documents concerning real estate matters. Participate in meetings providing guidance on proper procedures and preparation of documents. Establish supplemental agreements for outgranted property. Familiarize with various real-estate documents to secure appropriate data for revisions. Assist realty specialists in processing of outgrants, ingrants, and disposals. Perform inspection of minor outgrants for compliance as assigned. Solicit comments regarding renewal from field offices.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-04). OR Education: Four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of education beyond two years (total semester hours minus 60) by 60. Add the two percentages. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Customer Service (Clerical/Technical)Manages and Organizes InformationTechnical Competence Advancement requirement to positions up to GS-5: Candidates may be advanced without time restriction to positions up to GS-5 if the position to be filled is no more than two grades above the lowest grade the employee held within the preceding 52 weeks under his or her latest non-temporary competitive appointment.
