About the Position: This is an Executive Assistant (Office Automation) position with the US Army Installation Management Command located at Fort Leonard Wood Missouri. The hours of this position are Monday through Friday. Alternate work schedules are not available, however the hours are flexible

Duties

Manage Garrison Commander and Deputy Garrison Commander's calendars. Assist in the development, coordination, and updating of all garrison policy memorandums and regulations. Initiate personnel actions using automated system. Maintain tracking system of personnel actions, to include both military and civilian counseling and evaluations. Receive incoming telephone calls and personal visitors and assist independently or refer to appropriate personnel. Assist Command Group and personnel on administrative policy and procedures. Coordinate travel arrangements for Garrison Command Group and prepare travel authorizations and vouchers using automated defense travel system. Maintain time and attendance records.

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Customer Service (Clerical/Technical)Reasoning (Clerical/Technical)Writing Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
