You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the Stock Control Branch, Program Support Division, Aviation Support Department of STRIKE FIGHTER WING PACIFIC STAFF. Salary Range: GS-06 $44,242-$57,516 GS-07 $49,163-$63,914

Duties

You will be involved in the planning and coordinating of material support for assigned programs and project areas. You will monitor/maintain all files/records and perform required maintenance, including, but is not limited to the maintenance of items on hand/on order or in excess to allowance, suspended/defective material items, etc. You will work with higher authority personnel in making the determination of allowance levels on a quarterly basis or as demand patterns change. You will conduct extensive and exhaustive searches in multiple databases with assistance from Supervisor on how to use information and reconstruct records for complex supply transactions. You will be responsible for the management of assets that comprise approximately 45% of the inventory You will ensure all required management actions are performed in order to meet the material needs.

Qualifications

For the GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector initiating, expediting or tracking aviation supply data from an automated supply tracking system to generate and maintain inventory reports. For the GS-06: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector entering supply data into an automated supply tracking system to maintain supply inventory information and retrieve reports. In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

GS-07 and/or GS-06:

Successful completion of one full year of graduate level education that is directly related to the position being filled.
