You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST of PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE SHIPS.
Duties
You will provide direct support to PEO Ships and acts as the primary point of contact for PEO Ships front office.
You will manage all aspects of PEO Ships calendar to include strategic outlook and associated coordination and planning.
You will provide preparation for PEO Ships meetings and ensure read ahead material is received and distributed in advance, and you will prepare PEO Ships daily read binder.
You will review all administrative correspondence and prepare for PEO Ships signature.
You will track program-wide deadlines and assist with prioritization and synchronization of tasks, goals, priorities, and actions to execute PEO Ships administrative requirements.
You will serve as PEO Ships technical representative to the COR for contractor performance requirements associated with front office executive support functions across the services contracts within PEO Ships.
You will conduct reviews of operational efficiency and productivity, and recommend changes or improvements in organization, work methods, and procedures.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (or GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing administrative or management functions (e.g., tracking action items and tasks; managing multiple executive calendars and schedules; conducting program studies and reviews) to support corporate operations.
